AEP customers in the Wall area lost power Tuesday afternoon when cotton stripper hooked into an electric wire and pulled down at least four power poles. It happened as the machine was turning south onto Chadbourne Street from FM Road 765. The driver stayed inside the cotton stripper while the lines were de-energized and was not injured. But he was cited for driving an over-height vehicle.
