This week's San Angelo's Most Wanted is no longer at large. 41-year-old Rubin Hilario Moreno was wanted on a parole violaton and charges including aggravated sexual assault of a child. A police investigation led to Moreno being arrested during a traffic stop. By the way, Inez Cisnero Delacruz, who was arrested after a standoff last Thursday night, was also a former San Angelo's Most Wanted.
