In an effort to help the community, especially parents, take a proactive approach to addressing substance abuse; Oasis Baptist Church is hosting Hidden in Plain Sight: What Every Parent Needs to Know Now this evening. The church is at the corner of Bowie and 38th Streets in San Angelo. This event is free and open to the public.
