Angelo State University has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Roscoe Independent School District and Western Texas College. The agreement will allow graduates of Roscoe Collegiate High School to seamless ly transfer and continue their education at ASU. The presidents of Angelo State and WTC and the Roscoe ISD superintendent signed the memorandum at a ceremony in Roscoe on Tuesday.
