A grand jury in Nolan County has indicted a longtime Sweetwater attorney. John Young is charged with aggravated assault for allegedly pointing a nine millimeter handgun at a Sweetwater police officer. Police say Young was intoxicated at the time of the incident on June 12th. Officers got the gun away from him after a struggle.
