The San Angelo Civic Ballet has awarded its 2012 Susan Templeton Kinney Spring Gift to a sophomore at Central High School. Ms. Riley Monk, who's been dancing since the age of four, was honored at a ceremony held at the Civic Ballet studio last week. The one-thousand dollars scholarship is given to one of the ballet's level 4 students each year to be used toward their professional dance aspirations.
