Wrongly-Convicted Murder Suspect Freed

A man who was apparently wrongly accused and convicted of murdering his brother is now free. Randall Philen, who just six weeks ago was sentenced to life behind bars, is now out of jail and a third suspect has been arrested in the killing. Texas Rangers say the three were arrested after a confidential witness came forward and implicated them and not the brother of Ronnie Philen, who was killed in 2009. The new witness appeared after Randall Philen had been convicted of his brother's murder. He's a free man today, although the Brown County D-A says there will be a new trial.
