The bigamy trial of former FLDS leader Wendell Loy Nielsen will not take place in San Angelo. On Monday, 51st District Judge Barbara Walther ordered a change of venue to Midland. That's because of previous publicity concerning the FLDS in San Angelo and the number of cases already tried here. Nielsen, who is 71, is expected to go on trial sometime in March.
