The National Weather Service has issued a lake wind advisory for Tom Green, Runnels, Coke and Concho counties. Southwest winds, 20 to 30 miles an hour, gusting to 40 miles and hour will make waters choppy and hazardous for boaters. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing. The lake wind advisory is in effect from this morning until 6 PM.
