Bigarmy trials involving leaders of the FLDS will not go on as scheduled. A pretrial hearing on bigamy charges for Warren Jeffs has been delayed. Late last month the prosecution asked for a postponement of Jeffs' trial be delayed because he is already in prison on his child sexual assault conviction and does not have an attorney. Also, the bigamy trial for FLDS President Wendell Loy Nielson scheduled to be tried later this month has also been postponed, with no new date set.
