A prisoner who ran away from the Sutton County jail early this week has been recaptured in Del Rio. Texas Rangers and Del Rio police say they captured Jose Trevino hiding beneath a pile of clothing in a Del Rio trailer park. Trevino had escaped on Monday when he ran from the Sutton County Jail while being transferred from a cell to a workout area. He had originally been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Now, escape charges will be added. Trevino reportedly suffered minor head injuries during the arrest.
