The city manager of San Angelo is among six finalists for the same job in Longmont, Colorado. Harold Dominguez was one of 86 who originally applied. Dominguez has been San Angelo city manager since 2004. He and the other finalists will meet Thursday with staff and community members in Longmont, capped off by a forum in which they'll be questioned by members of the public.
