The man wanted for a 2008 murder in San Angelo is finally back in San Angelo. 43-year-old James Winchester, wanted for killing Kim Burton at her home on Cornell Street, was arrested last month in Joplin, Missouri. Several extradition hearings took place before the judge on Monday agreed to send Winchester back to Texas. He's now in the Tom Green County jail with bail set at a half-million dollars.
