The San Angelo City Council on Tuesday approved upgrades for Rio Vista Park and gave the OK to the building of a new large boat ramp at Lake Nasworthy. But the council turned down a proposal to spend 230-thousand dollars for a new pedestrian walking trail on the top of Gun Club Hill.
