A senior citizen rushed to a hospital after a two-car crash in San Angelo this morning with injuries that may be serious. Police say the woman had to be freed after being trapped in a smoking car following the collision at Sixth Street and Bryant Boulevard. The accident happened around nine-thirty this morning. The woman was reportedly trapped inside the car for at least ten minutes while first-responders worked to free her. Police have not yet identified the injured woman, who was driving a white Ford Taurus that police say turned into the path of another vehicle. The other driver not hurt.
