Counterfeit money arrest

San Angelo police say they've caught a man with some funny money. 55-year-old Thomas Ray Moulton allegedly tried to make a purchase at the Stripes store on Howard Tuesday night using two 10 dollar bills, which the store clerk would not accept because he said they were counterfeit. Moulton left the store but returned later in the evening to get change for a legitimate 20 dollar bill. Using store video, police were able to get a vehicle and suspect description and tracked down Moulton to the 32-hundred block of Houston. They say he had two more counterfeit tens and he was arrested for forgery by passing.
