San Angelo's Downtown Development Commission holding a public meeting tonight as it moves forward with designing a master plan for the downtown area. Citizen input is what they want -- ideas, comments, criticisms -- as Commission members work on drafting a plan that will eventually go to the City Council and be included in San Angelo's next Comprehensive Plan. That meeting of the DOwn town Development Commission is set for six o'clock tonight at Stevens Central Library
