A woman has been cited for failure to control speed and driving without prescription glasses after running her mini-van into a bicycle. An Airman was riding the bike to Goodfellow Air Force Base Wednesday morning when he was hit on South Cadbourne as the woman passed another vehicle and changed lanes. 31-year-old Robert Antoine Abrom was hospitalized with serious injuries.
