Citizens interested in filing for a place on the May 10th ballot to fill three seats on the San Angelo City Council can get a candidate packet starting today. The two-year terms for Single-Member Districts one, three and five are up for election. The first day to file for a place on the ballot is January 29th; the final day to file is February 28th. The packets can be picked up from the Office of the City Clerk in City Hall or downloaded online from the city's website.
