San Angelo police pulled over a man wanted on city warrants on Monday afternoon. The man, 25-year-old Hunter Higgins of San Angelo was also driving with a suspended license. A male passenger in the vehicle fled the scene on foot. A police search turned up methamphetamine and resulted in additional charges. The other man was later found at a home and was also arrested. His was identified as 21-year-old Randy Sutton of San Angelo, who faces charges including Evading Arrest and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Both men were transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
