Toward the end of last week, San Angelo residents and businesses got back into conservation mode when it comes to water usage. On Friday, the city used nine-point-two million gallons of water compared to 10 million on the same date last year. On Saturday, the numbers were eight-point-nine million gallons this year, nine-point-five million last year.
