Spending plans for Navarro County and the city of Corsicana are being addressed this week. The county is holding a budget workshop today in the basement of the county courthouse in Corsicana; the city council and staff will hold their budget workshop on Thursday starting at noon in the conference room at the Corsicana Government Center.
