Power blackouts affecting as many as ten thousand customers hit a number of areas in San Angelo this morning. A-E-P Texas says a faulty transmission line caused power to go out in several neighborhoods early this morning. Crews replaced the line and the utility says power was restored to most customers by around nine A-M.
