Help for Producers and Livestock Raisers from the USDA

The Farm Service Agency has modified the Conservation Reserve Program, extending the emergency grazing period through the end of October, without an additional payment reduction and allowing harvested hay to be used for feed. In addition, the FSA is accepting applications for the Non-insurable Crop Disaster Assistance Program through September first. And, the Livestock Forage Program is available through the end of the year.
