A federal grand jury has indicted former Children’s Advocacy Center Executive Director Debra Brown. She’s facing six counts of theft, involving programs at the center that received federal fund. The indictment is the result of a four month investigation by the FBI. It says Brown embezzled, stole or obtained by fraud almost 250-thousand dollars. She will reportedly turn herself in to authorities within the next few days.
