Hickory Aquifer Radium Treatment Testing

Yesterday, San Angelo City Council members got a report on progress at the Hickory Aquifer. One of the major concerns has been radium levels in the water. A first choice of treatment method is going to be significantly more expensive than expected. Council members voted six to one to allow the design firm to test a different kind of treatment that might be cheaper.
