Computer Tools Available for Farmers to Help with Drought Strategy

Texas Tech University researchers have released two new farmer friendly computer tools to help battle the drought. They are designed to help with irrigation scheduling and resource allocation. They are internet programs offered free through the Texas Alliance for Water Conservation.
