District 11 Republican Congressman Mike Conaway is facing a challenge from within his own party. Chris Younts, a partner at Younts Insurance Agency in San Angelo, filed last week for a place on the ballot. In a statement, Younts called Conaway "out of touch" and said "enough is enough, it is time to make a change."
