A man accused in a three-year-old San Angelo murder case is still in Missouri and will likely be there for another month. 43-year-old James Owen Winchester was arrested by police in Joplin earlier this month. He's accused of murdering Kim Burton at a Cornell Street residence in March of 2008. A third extradition hearing was held in Joplin Wednesday and the judge set yet another hearing date for January 25th.
