Four Tom Green County school districts have now joined in that lawsuit against the state over school funding. School boards in San Angelo, Water Valley and Grape Creek have joined Cristoval in suing the state over what they claim are unfair funding practices. The school districts participating in the Texas Taxpayer and Student Fairness Coalition say some districts receive thousands of dollars more per student than others -- and they want those inequities explained and changed.
