The Red Cross is working to help a mother and her five children who escaped a fire in their mobile home in Grape Creek with only the clothes on their backs. The fire on Copper Mountain Circle Monday afternoon started in a double-wide home, which was unoccupied, then spread to the single-wide where the family was living. To make donations for the family, call the Red Cross at 658-4409.
