The Iowa Republican Party presidential caucuses are history and nobody from Texas on. Mitt Romney has been declared the winner in Iowa, but not by much. He finished just eight votes in front of Rick Santorum. Texas Congressman Ron Paul came in third, followed by Newt Gingrich. Texas Governor Rick Perry finished in fifth place and said he'll return to the Lone Star State to reassess his campaign.
