A high-tech medical device company is considering relocating to San Angelo and with it, nearly 230 jobs. That's enough to spur the City Council to approve $3.6 million in taxpayer-funded economic incentives for Fort Worth-based MedHab. MedHab was founded by San Angelo native Johnny Ross. It's possible relocation has spawned something of a bidding war between San Angelo and Abilene, which is reportedly also offering a number of financial incentives to move.
