An arrest in the wake of a fight two weeks ago that left a San Angelo man dead. Police now charging 31-year-old Michael Palmer of San Angelo with manslaughter in the death of 59-year-old George Moya on April fourth. Investigators say Moya had been involved in an altercation the previous evening, then got into a fight with Palmer on the afternoon of the fourth in the 300 block of Pulliam Street in San Angelo. Moya was already dead when officers arrived. His body has now been sent to Lubbock for an autopsy.
