The National Weather Service in San Angelo has again issued a hazardous weather outlook for parts of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. That means people in Tom Green, Nolan, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Irion,Concho, Crockett, Schleicher and Menard can expect gusty winds, hot temperatures and low relative humidities, resulting in elevated fire weather conditions.
