The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce handed out its annual Economic Development Awards on Tuesday, recognizing those who've contributed to local business growth. Among the companies honored were the accounting firm of Armstrong, Backus and Company; the consulting and staffing firm Business Excellence Professional Consulting; Patriot Automation and Control and Performant. A special award went to Sunset Mall.
