On April 4th, San Angelo police responded to the 300 block of Pulliam and found the body of a 59-year-old George Moya. According to witnesses, Moya had been involved in a physical altercation with 32-year-old Michael Wayne Palmer the night before. Police say Palmer has admitted to striking Moya. The preliminary cause of death to Moya was ruled as an acute subdural hematoma and cervical spine fracture due to blunt force trauma. Palmer has been charged with manslaughter.
