A doctor from Florida wanted for a number of charges, including international money laundering, was arrested last Thursday evening in San Angelo. Police say they found 56-year-old James David Zebranak at Alcoholics Anonymous on Avenue N. Zebranak had reportedly been hiding in Panama since 2010. He was being held in the Tom Green County Jail on a bond of more than nine million dollars.
