The first lady of Texas paid a visit to San Angelo Tuesday. Anita Perry appeared at the Museum of Fine Arts, where she named San Angelo an official "First Lady's Texas Treasure City," in recognition of local historic preservation and revitalization efforts. San Angelo is one of only eight cities in Texas to receive the award from the Texas Historical Commission.
