Some 600 people turned out at the McNease Convention Center last night to hear kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart, the keynote speaker for Day of the Woman. Smart was in San Angelo with her father promoting a program called radKIDS--"rad" stands for Resisting Aggression Defensively. Smart says she knows things would have been different had she gone through the radKIDS program. You can find out more about it at rad-kids-dot-org.
