This week, Angelo State University presents the last of seven public presentations addressing various aspects of the Civil War on the occasion of its 150th anniversary. "A New Birth of Freedom" will focus on the conflict's corollaries with struggles of other nations in the 20th century. The lecture is open free to the public at 7 tomorrow evening in ASU's Houston Harte University Center.
