The city of San Angelo's annual neighborhood paint and clean-up blitz is back--this time in two parts. Starting at 8 tomorrow morning, city employees and volunteers will begin painting four dozen homes in the old Lincoln Middle School area, and clean up streets and alleys, among other activities. Then, a week from Saturday, the rest of the homes near Lincoln Middle will be painted. A number of city offices will be closed tomorrow to give employees time to pitch in, however, vital services such as police and fire, will remain open.
