New figures indicate that young people are not rushing to get behind the wheel. In Texas, census numbers show the number of teens 19-and younger licensed to drive is down nine percent over the last decade. Analysts say the main reasons for the decline are an increasing ability to communicate through technology as well as teens seeking other modes of transportation.
