The death toll from the Monday morning crash involving three teenagers from Christoval has now reached two. 16-year-old Cheyanne Peterman, the driver of the SUV that crashed into an 18-wheeler at Highway 277 and Venado drive, died Wednesday morning at Shannon Medical Center. 17-year-old Gavino Madrid passed away Monday evening. His brother, 16-year-old Pete Madrid Junior, is reportedly in stable condition at San Angelo Community Medical Center.
