San Angelo police responding to a report of a suspicious person in the 17-hundred block of Louise Drive Saturday morning found two men. One was 19-year-old Jorge Hernandez, who was standing at the open door of an SUV, and the other was 19-year-old Magdaleno Suniga, passed out in a nearby driveway. Their vehicle allegedly contained a number of items reported stolen in recent vehicle burglaries in the area. Hernandez and Suniga were arrested. Police say it appears that all of the vehicles the pair struck had been left unlocked.
