The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for parts of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Thunderstorms will be possible today and tomorrow, with the best chance of rain tonight as an upper level disturbance moves across the region. Some storms could become severe with the primary threats being large hail and damanging winds.
