San Angelo police arrested a man Tuesday who allegedly threw a table through a window at the Stephens Central Library. The large double-pane window was broken with damage estimated at six-thousand dollars. The man, whose name has not been released by police, also reportedly assaulted a man and turned over a computer. Charges against him could include assault and criminal mischief.
