Parts of North Chadbourne were shutdown around mid-day Friday by an oil spill. The oil came from a Trashaway Truck that leaked hydraulic fluid while stopped at the traffic light at 19th and Chadbourne. San Angelo police and firefighters helped soak up the oil. There was a minor collision involving a vehicle that slid through the oil.
