The Tuesday afternoon high temperature in San Angelo was 108 degrees, tying a record for that date. And Texans set another record for electricity consumption. The Electric Reliability Council of Texas says the power grid saw a peak demand of just over 66-thousand-500 megawatts, breaking the record set just the day before.
