No bond has been set for a man who allegedly went on a destructive rampage that caused six-thousand dollars worth of damage at the Stephens Central Library in downtown San Angelo on Tuesday. 39-year-old Juan Lizardo is accused of throwing a table out of a large plate glass window, turning over a computer, and kicking two people inside the library. Lizardo is charged with assault by contact, injury to an elderly person, and felony criminal mischief.
